This past week, we had the privilege of assisting 200 University of Utah students in moving into their new apartments at Ivory University House. The experience was both exhilarating and rewarding, and we’re excited to give you an inside look at how everything came together.
A Monumental Task: Moving 200 Students
Moving into a new apartment can be stressful, especially for college students starting a new chapter in life! When the Ivory Community House approached us with the challenge of relocating 200 students, we knew we could be there ready to help. The plan was to have our college student movers in easily identifiable white shirts to help smoothen the transition from car to apartment for each new student resident. The team from Ivory booked 10 of our movers for an all-day project, and these strong movers showed up at 8 am and worked until 5 pm! Working hand in hand with the team of Ivory Community, the job was done, and students were happy!
A Sense of Accomplishment
As the project concluded, we felt a profound sense of accomplishment. Successfully managing the relocation of 200 students was no small feat, and the positive feedback from the students and the University of Utah was immensely rewarding. It reaffirmed our commitment to college students being those in the community who can provide exceptional moving services, no matter the scale of the task.
